Positive: The staff was very welcoming and would always have a cold towel at the ready when we returned, loved that! They are very accomodating and can help to arrange tours. They also newly opened a gym while we were there. Nice suprise

Positive: I loved this place. The staff and management are wonderful. The location is perfect all downtown is easily walkable. But tuk tuk are easily available. The pool is clean and refreshing.

Positive: Our stay at the urban hotel in Siem Reap was lovely. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from check-in to checkout, always smiling and ready to assist. The room was clean, modern, and perfectly comfortable, and the breakfast spread was delicious with great variety. My partner raved about the massage she got too, said it was top-notch. Highly recommend!, the urban is near to beer street with lots to see and do near by

Positive: The staff are really caring and welcoming. They always come to ask if I need anything. The environment is great, the AC works well and the WiFi is good. No connection problems if you want to work here. The hotel location is really convenient. You can walk to the busy area to eat or drink or to the night market. Highly recommended.

Positive: The stuff was extremely nice. Never had such good service in Europe. You can organise most from the attractions directly from the hotel with good price. Or tuk tuk driver Mr. Naroth was very friendly and speaks english.

Negative: All good. Just needed to switch off the refrigerator because it was to noisy.
